• Any loss of funds, winnings, or profits resulting from technical malfunction, service interruption, or platform downtime.
• Any loss arising from your reliance on information published on the b699 platform.

Either party may terminate the account relationship at any time.

Closure by Player: You may request the closure of your b699 account at any time by contacting b699 live support. Account closure requests will be processed within 48 hours. Any legitimate real-money balance remaining in your account at the time of closure will be refunded to your verified payment method, subject to completion of any outstanding identity verification requirements and provided no withdrawal restrictions are in force.

Closure by b699: b699 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any account, at its sole discretion and without prior notice, in any of the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms and Conditions.
• Suspected or confirmed fraudulent, dishonest, or criminal activity.
• Failure to complete identity verification within a reasonable period.
• Account inactivity for a continuous period of 12 months or more.
• A regulatory or legal requirement to do so.

Where an account is closed by b699 due to a material breach of these Terms, b699 reserves the right to withhold any balance pending the outcome of a fraud investigation.
